Birder Series in Black Hill Park, Boyds, MD

Just a note to say the Birder Series is alive, well and intact in Black Hill Park.
Those of you who haven't yet been there should go -- there are 4 great
stamps waiting for you. Although the first 2 boxes were recently reported as
missing, they're not -- just keep looking.
